Culture

Any information system requires data storage. Collective knowledge is “stored” and preserved by people. A vital instrument of this process is the language. Being a tool that we use to build a culture, it is also a significant part of any culture.

When we view society as an information system, it becomes clear why specific events have a more significant impact on history than others. In this chapter, it will become apparent to you which events have triggered the scientific revolution and the Enlightenment.
